Sabine Kube
Assistant professor for Piano

Sabine Kube received her piano training from Heinrich Ludwig Rittmeyer (Düsseldorf), Heinz Schröter (Cologne), Pierre Sancan (Paris), Tatjana Nikolajewa (Moscow) and Béla Nagy (Boston). She obtained degrees in piano teaching and artistic piano performance and graduated from the Cologne University of Music in 1972 with her graduate recital. 

Following her graduation, Sabine Kube began giving successful concert performances which took her across Europe and Asia. Her piano performances have been recorded by various broadcasting companies. Sabine Kube is an active jury member at a variety of piano competitions. 

Sabine Kube started as an assistant professor at Düren Music School. Piano teaching assignments followed at the Cologne Academy of Music (Rhenish School of Music), for the German Armed Forces training band in Hilden, at the Academy of Music Hanns Eisler Berlin and since 1973 at the Robert Schumann School of Music and Media in Düsseldorf. 

Sabine Kube has also taught at the Institute For Music and Media since its foundation.
