Ask Not Why But Butt

The music video “Ask Not Why But Butt“ by Margareta v. Klenze, aka KLENZA, depicts a body liberating itself, experiencing what it feels like to let go of shame – to let it just fly away. The butt. Too small, too big, too much? No, not there to be judged from the outside. There because it’s there. And exactly right just the way it is. Here, an absurd idea becomes reality: the story of a thoughtful butt in search of itself.

The music video “Ask Not Why But Butt“ by Margareta v. Klenze was created as a final project in the Visual Music program at the Institute for Music and Media at the Robert Schumann Hochschule Düsseldorf. The work was supervised by Prof. Dr. Heike Sperling and Marcus Schmickler.

In April, the track was released on popular streaming platforms.
