Rebecca Himmerich in three minutes

The self-portrait of Rebecca Himmerich contains a series of scenes which do not follow a plot actions in sequence, but instead are intended to involve a representation of arranged, independently functioning pictures. No story is told. But the audience sees a kind of exhibition of surreal or dream-like images which, in most cases, represent abstractions from the everyday actions and thoughts of the protagonist.  

Themes are photosynthesis, recyclability, lethargy, sad mushrooms and the removal of things from the places where they really belong.

The self-portrait was created in winter semester 2016/2017 in the Music and Audiovisual Media major under Prof. Manfred Waffender.
