In the audio feature Von drinnen und draußen Jannis Carbotta uses language and sound recordings to document the significance a club for electronic dance music can have for those involved. Here personal experiences, emotional states and experiences, which are illustrated through interviews with different participants in the Cologne club scene, spontaneous voice recordings and atmospheric passage recorded at several clubs all play a central role.
