The Showdown

The residents of an old age home are preparing to set off on an exciting Western excursion. On the way to the bus, 80-year-old Roswitha runs afoul of a small, red-haired sadist who’s up to no good. Will she make it in time for the trip?

Colin Jahto’s Western parody short film The Showdown premiered in Dombühl on July 30th, 2022 as part of the KellerKultur festival. Shown in the Perspective Spots category, the film was scored by Lukas Lindner, a student in the Media Composition concentration at the Institute for Music and Media at the Robert Schumann Hochschule Düsseldorf, working under the supervision of Andreas Grimm.
