This is why I don't like lyrics in music

The music and media major Verena Hentschel incorporated her own ideas in creating the experimental music video This is why I don't like lyrics in music as part of the Music and Audiovisual Media project module. The basis for the video is the electronic music composition of the same name which she completed as part of the Music and Text project module. In this work, Verena Hentschel explores her aversion for lyrics in a musical and textual manner. In her video, she focuses in on experimental and cartoon-like elements on a visual basis as movements, scenographic components and colors. She created the video herself and was assisted by a small team of fellow students.
